Emy is magic! Her knowledge, skills and intuition make for a relaxing experience that restores you. A healing session with Emy has been an integral part of my wellbeing routine for over 7 years. Every time I leave a session my body is pain free, my heart is light, and my spirit is energized.

Emy is amazing at what she does! I’ve been seeing Emy for reiki and massage for a decade! I drive from the city to see her and she is worth every minute of the drive! She is the best massage therapist in the state, she’s professional, knowledgeable and a natural healer. I leave every appointment feeling relaxed and rebalanced. She is truly a gift!!!

Princeton is so lucky to have this wonderful yoga studio in our area! Emy and her staff are great teachers and I feel SO GOOD after attending a class at this studio! There's a great variety of yoga but I love the Kundalini yoga and was so excited to find a studio close to home that offered this type of yoga. I wish I could go everyday!
