I purchased a push mower from them this spring. On the 10th of August I noticed the engine moved when I shut it off. To my amazement the bolts to hold engine to mower platform were missing. I immediately took it in to the Big Lake location. The person at the counter was pleasant and helped me unload the mower. Said it should be ready in a week. I called back 4 days later to see if they offered rentals and checked on progress of repair. I was told to not expect it for another week and the person on the phone was kind of rude when I expressed my frustration of not having a mower for that long. I am checking in again today, and will see what the prognosis is. At the moment I don't feel valued and would not every say a good thing about M & M to anyone. I mean really? Used mower 3 months, have this kind of problem and then have to wait 2 weeks (hopefully not more) to get it repaired! UPDATE: After stopping in this morning Dan was very empathetic to my situation. They had looked at the mower and had parts on order that they were waiting on. Rather than continue to wait, Dan went the extra mile to obtain the part through another means and surprised me with a "it's all fixed and ready to pick up" call early this afternoon. It is quite apparent that quality service IS a priority for them. Thanks Dan!

I have had my snow blower & lawnmower serviced here for tune ups, repairs, blade sharpening. The facility is clean, good staff & knowledgeable mechanics. Service has been completed as discussed & sooner than quoted. They have always helped me get the machines in & out of my car.
