(December 24, 2022, 6:58 am)The MN Stare Highway Patrol contacted Bob’s for me when I went in the ditch in the middle of the highway on one of the coldest nights. I felt like Alex was an angel in disguise when he showed up. His response time was very quick. I thought I was going to be there for over an hour based on the conditions but it was only around 15 minutes. He was kind, made me feel safe and was understanding. He told me to stay in the car to stay warm. I truly appreciate everything he did to get me out and on my way. This “First Time Ditch Goer” (and hopefully last) would recommend Bob’s to anyone.
