(February 18, 2023, 2:27 pm)Eric is a Master Plumber, and his workmanship is excellent. I called and left a voicemail Friday, but found out a text message with pictures is faster and better. After I talked with him on Saturday, he got here within the hour, replaced the broken shutoff valve with a better valve and new copper piping, made the connections with the state-of-the-art battery operated piping tool, and was done in 30 minutes. No soldering, leaking, or other issues, and he charged $250, which I thought was reasonable. This is the second time I used him, the first was to install of whole house water filter from the well, and both times he was excellent.

(December 22, 2021, 4:39 pm)Eric replaced our old water heaters, one was used for in floor heat, with a Combi-Boiler system for our house and had a new boiler installed in the shop as well last year. Eric was very knowledgeable and provided options to help us make the proper choice for our situation and was the best decision we have made!
We just had Eric out to do the annual service.
