While boarding the boat...One of the customers accidentally drop her phone in the water and without hesitation..a crew member jumped in and retrieved it for her. Everyone gave a big applaud in this incredible act of kindness and customer service!! If you are thinking about taking the cruise.. I highly recommend it! The food was good... The drinks reasonable.. and the service was excellent! Outstanding crew!!”
