I was having issues with an app for monitoring blood sugars. The agent at the store diagnosed the problem and helped me find a new phone to resolve the issue. He also helped me save money by getting me into a plan better suited to my needs. Great experience.

Christian hands down is awesome.. Previously, I had a very bad experience at the store with a different representative, and was questioning Should I even go back… I am glad I did Christina has Dahlen was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the multi purchases I did with my wife tonight. I usually don’t take time to fill out the surveys however, I feel like I owe it to him or how well he took care of us.
