MAPerformance is easily the best performance parts company to give your business to. They don’t sell sub par items. If it’s in their inventory then you know it’s a good and trusted brand. Their name brand items are phenomenal as well. They’ll help you with whatever you’re looking for and their staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. They aren’t going to sell you what you don’t need, they’re car people more than salespeople so they want the best for you. I just wish they dealt with diesels so I could give them more of my business!

Online ordering was easy enough. Quickly received a confirmation. But when I sent emails and message via website regarding tax reimbursement, I received no response. Had to search to find a number to call (not available on website). These issues alone earns them 2 stars. But, because of Kevin M. from support, it's up to 4 stars. When I called, he was courteous, professional and attentive to my issue. He immediately took care of my request and followed up with the emails and responses he promised. Great and reliable customer service Kevin - thank you.

Very professional staff. Knowledgeable in all aspects of your build. The parts are all high quality (bought their exhaust from them) and the welds are a thing of beauty! Prices are competitive and they always have great sales and clearances going on. Definitely recommend!

MAPerformance is by far one of the best companies you’ll ever work with. If you have any questions or concerns, they’ll pick up the phone or see an email and get right on it. UPDATE 2/8/2021: Shipping times have improved. Most of my orders here are fulfilled within a reasonable time frame. Upping to 4 stars.

Incredibly slow shipping times every time I order from here. Giving 2 stars because at least I still receive the products undamaged. I've ordered from MAP quite a few times over the years and if you have time to waste it's great you'll get what you ordered, but if you are on any sort of a timeline you may as well order from someone else as it will take a minimum of 1 week for something to arrive from 75 miles away.
