Had a great experience! Took my car in because of a rattle and they were able to fit me in last minute. They found and fixed the problem quickly. Pat was very helpful and had a good sense of humor!

They were able to look at the car within the stated time. It ended up being a bad wheel bearing which is covered under Infinity warranty so we were required to bring the car to an Infinity dealer for the warranty work that same day. Thanks for the honest and next time we have issues (non-warranty) we would feel very comfortable bringing the car here.
