  Lived here for a year. Very impressed with Tiffany, the landlady. During a time-sensitive situation she offered a generous solution at her expense to help me out. I can imagine she does so for all the other tenants here as well. If you choose to live here, Tiffany will be on your side.

  I've lived at Lighthouse Lofts for over two years, and I can't imagine a better apartment building to call home. The common areas (indoors) are very attractive, clean, comfortable, and meticulously maintained. Jeanne, representing management, and her staff are always very friendly, courteous and respond immediately to help and remedy any situation when on the rare occasion there has been an issue (e.g., problem with the dishwasher). The walks are well maintained in the winter, as is the landscaping in the growing season. While doing their best to enforce the necessary rules of the building, they are neighbors and friends, and make it a very comfortable place for everyone to live or visit.

  I lived in Lighthouse Lofts for over a year and a half and have absolutely nothing but great things to say about my time there. Jeanne was an absolute joy to work with. She was always very knowledgeable and helpful when needed. She was always very approachable and welcoming. The apartments were everything I could have wished for. I highly recommend these appartments and have recommended them to many others. I am not typically one who leaves reviews but given the recent negative one I felt compelled to express my positive experience and am confident many others will love calling Lighthouse Lofts home.

  I have lived at Lighthouse Lofts for almost three years and absolutely love it. One of the main reasons I like it here is the management team headed up by Jeanne K. She is responsive to needs and attends to details that contribute to this being a great place to live. I was a bit worried when I moved in because I had heard others speak of their landlords as non-responsive and I was afraid of that happening. That is not the case at Lighthouse Lofts. Jeanne responds in a timely way and gets it done. I was dismayed to read a review that Jeanne was inconsiderate and racist. Jeanne is direct (which makes her a good manager) but ALWAYS respectful. LHL is quiet and very clean, the people have been continually friendly and I find it a wonderful place to live.

  I am a long-time resident of Lighthouse Lofts and have received prompt, professional responses to all inquiries, requests and issues. Our caretakers are attentive to the upkeep of our space and cheerfully greet me and my guests. Our property managers have always provided excellent service and have made themselves available by phone, text, email or office visit. Our current property manager (Jeanne) is exceptionally kind and engaging. She genuinely cares about the people and the space. The proximity to the trail and walkable services like restaurants, hair salons and dentists make this a highly desirable place to live!
