Ann helped us today and I couldn't be happier! Mom and I visited the store for a walker. Mom was apprehensive about it, but Ann was an angel and made her feel right at ease! We will most definitely go back when she needs additional assistance.

My experience with this store is nothing but excellent in every way. Especially Ann, who helped me pick out the right rental scooter and also helped me fit a new backbrace. On the day when I was supposed to pick up the scooter she even called me about an hour before closing because she was worried that I might not make it in time before the weekend. Ann is a wonderful example of courtesy, knowledge, and attention to detail. Thank you!

I contacted Forest Lake Medical Supply (FLMS) about a patient lift and worked directly with the owner, Joel. He was extremely helpful and when I explained the urgency, he arranged for the lift to be delivered the next day.

Unfortunately, circumstances quickly changed and the lift was no longer needed. FLMS stood by their return policy without any pushback.

Our family has done business with FLMS in the past as well and have always received exceptional service.
