She took the time to answer all of our questions about the different options available and was a great help in finding frames that suited us. (August 25, 2022, 8:28 am)The customer service I received was excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. The optometrist's exam was thorough and answered my questions and even talked to me about how to be proactive about my eye health. I felt the cost was fair and what I expected. No surprises. I would say pricing is about average. I always think of getting new glasses as a chore, but this experience was not painful. In and out in about an hour.

I was able to find a pair that fits my petite face and I usually really struggle with that! They were very good with explaining exactly what insurance would cover also. 100% will return!

(May 28, 2022, 9:53 am)This was our first time having an eye exam with Shopko Optics in Forest Lake and will continue going here for our eye exams! Staff was very friendly and made us feel comfortable, Greg was fast and knowledgeable with our insurance and Dr. Meacham was so kind and gentle. She helped me better understand what’s going on with my eyes and what eye care needs my daughter is need of. Great experience and will let others know :)

(April 16, 2022, 9:10 am)The staff at the store are very kind and helpful. The doctor took my sons and exam and she was very nice and kept my son calm. Greg and Alex also helped him pick out glasses and Alex went over insurance with me. Will be coming back to get my eyes looked at. Totally recommend.
