Northland Appliance came out and fixed my refrigerator on short notice. They were very knowledgeable and detailed. Highly recommend this company.

Fast and efficient. The repair would have cost more than the washer was worth. They are honest. They tested our gas oven igniter because we told them it was slow and uneven. Because the service call charge would have been wasted, they made that repair for us. We are very happy customers who will be using Northland again.

My igniter on my dryer broke, and they came out quickly with a reasonable call out price. Everyone was really nice. The part was on the truck. Efficient service with a call ahead to let me know they’d be there within a 30 minute window. I would use them again over other oval repair stores. Highly satisfied!

Britney at the front desk was amazing and got me scheduled and new exactly what I needed.

Chris the technician came over to fix my heating coil in my dryer and found out that someone had butchered the inside of my unit.

There was a part he didn't have at the shop but new he had one that he saved and went out of his way to go get the part and install it properly. This was over the top service and I will definitely be a repeat customer if anything ever happens again with any of my appliances.
