(August 10, 2022, 10:56 pm)We LOVE Dr. Meredith and all of her dental staff. They are so kind, thorough and loving towards our kids. Nothing but the highest quality work and care is found here. It's always spotless and clean and the kids LOVE the thoughtful dental gift bags each time they visit. We are so thankful we have SPROUTS super close to our home:)))
(July 15, 2022, 11:10 am)We love it but just wish setting up appointments were made easier. Perhaps even an online option to set up appointments. The last few times has been a hit or miss trying to set up both my kids 6 months cleaning appointments. I typically leave a message and won't hear back for weeks. Also, our insurance only pays for one fluoride treatment once a year, it would be nice for them to track this so we aren't charged for a second treatment because we're just told it was added as part of the cleaning. Besides these two things, our kids usually love it there.

Dr. Meredith pulled me aside after my kids had their teeth cleaned to talk about my review. One, I appreciated that she took the time to chat. And two, we have had more positive experiences than negatives. So, while I did have frustrations setting up one appointment after the shutdown, I realize that many small businesses were still returning. One thing I have always appreciated about Sprouts is that they were able to work with my son who is very shy. He started going there after turning 2 years old (he is six now) and they've always patiently helped warm him up before doing any kid of work in his mouth. As a parent, that means a lot. All in all, neither one of my kids hate going to get their teeth cleaned which is important to us. And we have been long-time customers...just about tens years now. We hope to continue to take our kids there until they're grown. Thank you to the Sprouts team!
