Verizon Authorized Retailer - Wireless Zone

Amazing customer service! Grace and Casey were very pleasant and explained everything to me. Grace took the time to break down my bill and helped me upgrade and was so nice about the whole process and she had a great positive energy!

We needed to get my Mom a Verizon account & a new phone. We went to the Verizon store in Hugo, MN. We were pleasantly greeted by Grace. She listened to our needs & came up with a great plan to get my Mom an account & a new phone. She worked very diligently making sure my Mom kept her same phone number and transferring information from her old phone to her new phone. We can’t say enough about her. She was a rockstar! You don’t find customer service like this anymore.

Dana was great! She was fast, but answered all of our questions and is very knowledgeable. We look forward to getting used to our badly needed upgraded phones. Thank you for the great service!!

I recently visited the Verizon store in Hugo to help me navigate some problems that arose after a bad experience at another Verizon store. Casey patiently and courteously worked with me for an extended period of time to get the issues resolved. Not only did I end up with a new phone but a lower than anticipated bill.

Casey stated that he had only begun working there recently but he handled himself like a pro (with help from Grace). I was so impressed with the experience that I will be a loyal customer of the Hugo store and will continue to refer others to that location.

It seems like personalized customer service has declined recently. This Verizon store experience has renewed my faith in how customers should be treated by businesses.

I’m a fellow that appreciates salesmanship and the team at Verizon at the Hugo location was incredibly good. They were patient with me, and working with Dana and her knowledgeable colleague/possible manager (unfortunately never got her name) were helpful in every way. Highly recommended this franchise of Verizon.
