Awesome little market, everything you need and then some. My dog said I had to give 5 stars just for the pigs ears alone!

This is my butcher! Weary to tell folks my favorite meat (don’t want it ever out of stock) but I will anyways. Their chuck eye steak is awesome. Just some salt and put on the grill- delicious! I have gotten this many times and never been disappointed. Perfect amount of marble (fat) for a steak and at a great price. Not my favorite spot to get trail mix (mix of meat and cheese) but I will be back forever for their great cuts of meat.

Look, if you're into smoking meats, this is a one stop shop for all the woodchips, BBQ sauce, and other odds and ends. They also smoke a lot of their own meats, such as bacon - probably 5 or 6 different types. They also offer a deli, build your own sandwich, along with a sammy of the day (which you can see on their website) that are pretty delicious. You know you've found a hidden secret when day laborer's show up and eat out their offering (meaning I was there last week a little after noon and their specials were mostly gone). They know what's up. This is a gem of a store for Lake Elmo.

I have been going to Hagberg's for at least 19 years. That in itself speaks to constant quality, service and cleanliness. The meat market is extraordinary, so much to offer. They are very responsive to special requests and shorter time frames if needed. They have lots of other sides to offer, including Bakery. If you love a great picnic they have the best shredded beef for sandwiches. I know you'll love this Market.
