Square Lake Park

Clean lake but it gets sketchy if you want to swim in it. The mud is deep and not worth walking in the middle to get to the deeper parts.

This lake is so clean! paddle boarding is great here, as there wasnt very much boating activities. The few boaters seem to keep a eye out and good distance away from you.

Beautiful beach! Water was exceptionally clear and the lifeguards were an added plus! Lots of tables for picnics, and bathhouse was clean as well!
Excellent destination for a fun family day trip to a very clean and not so crowded ( at least during the week!) beach!!

Beautiful lake front swimming area. The water is incredibly clean and the beach is very wide, wide enough to host hundreds of people. Many groups were taking advantage of the coal BBQ grills to have a nice picnic. Plenty of shade. Paddle board rentals were available for a 2-hour slot.

Love this lake! So crystal clear, and clean.
Plus…there is a good size beach, pavilion and rest rooms. Fishing dock for catching sunfish. Shaded areas plus grills. All in all, just a great place.
