(February 2, 2022, 11:28 pm)Stopped by today to get some bait and Nick helped me. Being newer to ice fishing in the area I had questions and Nick was very gracious with his time. He was extremely knowledgeable and it was obvious he practiced what he preached. It's difficult to find a bait store nowadays where you can ask questions and get honest answers. There's a reason why this place is highly rated and so well known.

(September 9, 2021, 10:35 pm)Went on a guide with Grizz. Let me tell you that it was one of the best guide experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I would pay just to sit and listen to the stories this man has about fishing, Minnesota, and history. Not only does he put you on fish all day long, he makes you appreciate fishing all over again. If you get the chance to go on a guide with this man and learn from his 77 years of fishing I would jump on that opportunity ASAP!
