Winston was well taken care of and the staff explained everything through the whole process. We were aware of the cost upfront and if we had any questions they were answered. We were given updates through his stay and even received a text message with a photo of Winston. Thank you so much for taking great care of him. He is an important member of our family. you are open 24 hrs for emergencies, the care from the staff and caring for our Winston.
It took a long time but I am aware that there is a very high demand on veterinary services. I thought the vet was thoughtful in her approach to interactions with me. Did not love having to fill out a form and then restating those concerns verbally--is there any way to streamline that process so one does not have to repeat oneself? Information about results and updates was appreciated.
Loved that I could get my dog in right away! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and my dog was well taken care of. I had called a few clinics before and no one could take my dog in, but so happy they were able to that same morning. We were also shocked at how affordable they were.
We were not able to have our Daisey seen by her vet for a week and a half. We were so grateful that she was able to be seen by Animal Emergency & Referral Center. We appreciated the updates via text, as she is our baby. We were very worried about her! Very kind, and compassionate staff. Thank you for taking such good care of our girl! Would highly recommend!
Everyone I dealt with was fabulous. Paco was super flighty going into the building, and I was glad to hear from the tech that he settled and cooperated for his echo. Dr. Rose was wonderful to talk to, I felt she was thorough in her explanation of findings and open to answering my questions on how to be proactive and keep up with his cardiac health in the future. I was beyond pleased overall and will be requesting her again in the future for any follow up procedures. Thank you to all of your staff, I know it is a terrible time to be in the vet med field (let alone emergency) and I just want you all to know I support you and greatly appreciate everything you do!❤ Take care of yourselves!
