We worked with the agent, Anthony Nguyen at Pinnacle Team for the purchase of our new build home with Lennar. This isn't our first home, we have experience with working with multiple agents in the past, most were very bad so we walked into this second home purchase with our guards up. Right away, Anthony's honestly and positivity set the right tone for this experience. We started working with him when we were searching for homes on the market. Anthony was very patient with us as we toured homes all over MN. When we decided to work with a builder, Anthony has gone above and beyond expectations. We notice that Lennar placed the cable box unusually close to our driveway, to the point where we couldn't even turn our car in without dinging it, this has been mention to Lennar for months, even before sod was laid. Lennar, dragged their feet when we request them to move it, claiming they can't do anything for us. As we got closer to closing time with no word from Lennar, Anthony took matters to his own hands and contacted the cable company and Lennar's management team and worked with both to find a resolution that would not costs us anything extra. Right before we close, Anthony got them to move the cable box and was paid for by Lennar, a huge relief for us all!

Vinh has been above an beyond to help me renting out my new built townhouse in Tampa. He was very knowledgeable and in tune about the current market and his advice was on point. Since I live in Texas and can't be there for the builder warranty works, he took this on as his own property. He was there several times taking pictures and videos for the repair items to get the house ready.
