I left my scooter to be chipped as I was relocating to the east coast and Jason was absolutely amazing! Without hesitation he took it and stored it for me as I told him it would be picked up in a week. Turned out it was almost a month before it got picked up and he called me several time to update me to ensure I was aware it was still in good hands and assured me all was good. He never charged me for the storage and from the beginning said it would be no problem. Hard to find people or businesses like this today where they actually care about you! The service department in Rogers are incredible. Dusty, Nigel, and the entire crew at the Rogers location are the best. I bought a 2020 Roadmaster and was having a major issue with it. I was bringing it in for the 500 mile service and it did on me for the 6th time. They serviced it, and worked hard to find the root cause of the problem. 1000 miles later this bike is running great with no issues what so ever. I hope they get the full dealership going in Rogers because that location needs the attention it deserves. I would hope they get the same services they had prior to the fire. Because if they do, they will have a customer for life.

Got my first Indian over the winter 2019-2020. Dan was helpful in explaining the options and very down to earth. A good salesman without being too pushy, he walks the line there well. Brian in the Service department has been very friendly in the few return visits I’ve had for parts and service. I appreciate how he always seems to know it’s me even before I tell him over the phone, and makes the visits in store quick and painless. The bike is Amazing, I’m very happy with my purchase. I get a lot of compliments on it anywhere I go.
