John Was able to help My wife and I with our business documents and setup when we opened our business. Printed out our stock certificates, by laws, company minutes, IRS documents, even changed our company type after I screwed up trying to do it my self and got us the company type we needed. I was looking into getting a certain type of license for my business as an "added feature" that we could offer. John looked into it for me and then when he found out it was not an area of his expertise he referred me to someone that was able to help me without charging me and the people he referred to me were very reasonable.

They both are consummate professionals and have helped my wife and I tremendously throughout the last few years. The office staff there are great to deal with friendly engaging and remember you. The entire office also has the patience of saints, with Elaine it took me months and months of bill gathering then as we were proceeding I would occasionally find something new and she would take care of it, with john I kept calling him and asking him various questions about the business paperwork and he would always take the time to explain it out for me. I would not go anywhere else for any financial or corporate needs for law. I am not sure if they do other types of law but if they do I would use this law firm for everything the offer. I currently use them for my business exclusively for any needs I may have when they arise.
