Hired Olson Construction to construct a garage addition for us. The overall experience was very good! All the teams arrived on-time and as scheduled. My dealings with Jacob were very professional, any situation that arose was handled in a timely manner. Overall, i am pleased with my project!

Scope of work: New barn siding and painting, including SIP panel installation, access door and transom window installation, cupola roofing/siding design and installation.
Working with Nick and Jacob at Olson Construction was an absolute pleasure. We could not have been more pleased with the process from start to finish and the outcome on our project. Their knowledge, communication skills, excellent project management, attention to detail, and focus on creative solutions were clearly demonstrated in tackling our atypical new barn siding project. Nick and Jacob worked to ensure that our vision for the project was achieved and that the project was completed on time and on budget.
Due to the unique barn design, Olson Construction had to come up with a solution to applying the siding to ensure that nails did not show on the exposed interior of the structure. They came up with a creative and cost-effective solution that prevented even a single nail from penetrating through to the interior.
Jacob was the most effective, communicative, and pleasant project manager we have ever worked with and kept this project running smoothly.

I can't say enough good things about Olson Construction! From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. The customer service was stellar; they truly made me feel valued. A special shoutout to Kai—his work ethic is incredible! He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done perfectly. My new roof looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier. From start to finish, we have been so pleased with the folks at Olson Construction! They worked with us on the design phase, helped us choose the decking material and colors (we really love it) and completed the project in a very timely manner. We highly recommend! The photos show one shot during construction and one when it was done. Again, we are very happy and have really enjoyed the summer on our new deck!
