This location next to Griffs in Fort Worth is awesome. They’re always trying to help however they can. Definitely recommend this office.

A good place for families

Victoria is an amazing manager and has one of the best customer service skills I have experienced. So much so that I asked her old location which location she transferred to So I could have her help me with my account because I knew she would handle my issue correctly! I was having trouble with other managers at other locations who are not so kind or helpful and Victoria did not mind helping me she was kind and understanding and she went out of her way to make sure my issue was resolved. She connects well with her customers and goes above and beyond. Thank you Victoria for all of your help. I greatly appreciate it.

This place is awesome!!!! Customer service was 100%, this lady named Eunice help me through the whole transition experience of getting my insurance. She had awesome customer service, very knowledgeable in the products that I asked her about. Very friendly, and caring. I recommend that before you go and get insurance anywhere else stop by Amax on Lancaster Street in Fort Worth. You will truly be served sufficiently. Had an awesome experience.

Reason why I'm rating this location 5 stars is for the help Ms.Eunice was able to provide for me. She was able to provide me all help and documents to help my claim. She helped provide proof that I was insured as well as provide pictures of my vehicle before the accident. Excellent service and I would recommend 100 percent!!

Lee in the office is very friendly and helpful. 13 RV sites a little on the small side. Next to a beautiful lake.
