I can not say enough about this location!! The receptionists (Lindsey) are ALWAYS super friendly, and always willing to listen to my chatter without telling me I’m crazy ?. They are really laid back and never made me feel pressured to buy more than I wanted or could afford. Always willing to work with me and answer my questions, even when I call 174 times before committing ?. Then there’s the nurses, my favorite is Laura, who are SO knowledgeable and professional and again, never pressure me for more. They don’t know it yet but we may be best friends ?.

Everyone is nervous for the first time they get laser hair removal. You never really know what to expect. I had a great first experience, they answered my few questions, were very professional, fast and calming. Laura was great and definitely made the first time less anxious!

Fabulous. Hailey did a great job explaining the procedure and after care instructions, which no one has done before. She was also thorough. Hands down, the best technician! I would highly recommend Hailey at the Woodbury location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely have loved both of my experiences with Ideal Image. Every step from the virtual consultation to in person treatment was amazing. I felt extremely comfortable going over pricing and what I needed. I feel both the consultants and practitioner were very honest about what I needed and never tried to sell me on anything. They actually kept me grounded and realistic about what fillers and wrinkle relaxers I needed oppose to what I wanted :) During my injections my practitioner was so friendly and left absolutely zero bruising. I had no pain and my results were amazing. Definitely recommend
