Amazing care for your family, home, vehicle, etc. Steve and his team truly go above and beyond for their customers. The level of care my girlfriend received last year from Steve was outstanding and feels rare these days. I switched insurance companies after having witnessed his dedication, and saved money as well. I have since recommend him to a few friends that have also made the switch, both for better care and to save money as well. Honestly, give him a call and see for yourself!

Steve Antolak and his team are very proffesional. Steve takes the time to know his customers and truly cares about getting you the best rate possible. When we switched to American Family we saved a ton on auto insurance. I love that if I have a question I can email, call or just stop in and to get a quick answer.

We have had our HOA property and liability insurance with Steve Antolak and American Family Insurance for over 11 years, including a storm claim. Steve has always been knowledgeable about our American Family Insurance policy. Even with rising prices, he continues to always be at or below his competitions prices, and his service is exemplary. I have not worked with his staff, since I always ask for Steve. If he is unavailable I leave a message. Steve is quick to return calls, day or night. He answers any questions our homeowners have as well as he attends our annual meeting to meet homeowners and talk about any insurance questions they may have. I'm not sure why the 2 other Google reviews are negative. Over the past 11 years, we have never had a complaint. In fact, he has always done his best to timely answer questions and he knows our property and our Governing Documents, which determine our insurance requirements. Before we switched insurance companies (12 years ago) to American Family Insurance, we did not have the excellent customer service that Steve has and continues to provide to us. I would highly recommend Steve Antolak and American Family Insurance.
