“Looking for a place to service our Andersen windows was a challenge. Most places don't want to bother fixing windows; they'd rather sell you new ones. Jim from Great Plains listened to us about the trouble we were having with some of our windows. He sent us information on how to identify what windows we had, then gave us an estimate for parts and labor. He came out, fixed all the windows, explained what happened and how we could prevent the problems from occurring in other windows. He was on site longer than expected but did not charge us extra labor. He even installed some caulk on our patio window, gratis. He did not use all the parts he ordered so did not charge us for those. He was polite, befriended our crazy dog and overall went above and beyond. We were very pleased and highly recommend this business for servicing windows.”
