Tracy and Carl are superb realtors. When we interviewed them as possible realtors to sell our home we were immediately impressed by the comprehensive plan they presented to sell our home. They described how they would use multiple markets, not just MLS, to expose our home to the greatest number of potential buyers. They suggested specific improvements we could make to our home to make it more attractive to potential buyers including some lighting upgrades and painting colors. A photographer took pictures that dramatically enhanced the “curb appeal” of our home. The listing description highlighted key selling points. Our home sold two days after an open house for more than $10,000 over our listing price.
