Was looking to buy 5 emerald green arborvitae trees. Worked with Connie in the plants section. She was great to work with. Very knowledgeable & knew what I was looking for. I also worked with the hardscape division and needed 1/2 yards of western red cedar mulch. Bought all at one time & saved me a ton of time. In/out in 45 minutes. That was really nice. I’m posting this on behalf of my dad as he isn’t the most tech savvy! Anyway, he called me this morning to tell me “I will never shop for my landscape supplies anywhere but Hedberg Supply in Stillwater. They are truly the best of the best.” I guess he has had some issues with a pump for one of his fountains. When he first had issues last year, he brought it into Hedberg’s and they immediately told him not to worry and gave him a replacement at no-charge. Well, as he was prepping his fountains this past weekend, the same pump wasn’t working right again. So he went back and fully expected he would need to purchase a replacement since they had already given him a replacement last year at no charge. Well...sure enough, they look up his account and told him that his original pump had a three-year warranty and handed him over another brand new replacement...no questions asked. Some people might say “well they should have done that...it was covered by a warranty”...but the thing is, my dad didn’t realize that. They easily could have tried and screwed him over and said he needed to pay for the next one. And, truth be told, my dad would have thought that was completely fair and would have still been very impressed with the company and their service. At a minimum, they could have said he needed to wait for the replacement until the manufacture honored the warranty. But they went above and beyond and researched his account and honored what they sold and did it ON THE SPOT! Especially during a time like now (COVID-19) when small businesses are struggling and dealing with so much uncertainty...it was wonderful to know that Hedberg’s continues to put their customers first and do the right thing!

I've been using the Stillwater location for many years for our personal landscaping needs. They have a great selection, good pricing and good people. I don't understand the negative reviews at all. Perhaps they need to look at themselves in a mirror since Hedberg's is great!
