It is a breath of fresh air to know that our team at ClinicDr has us covered from start to finish of the process - scheduling, reminder calls, notes, billing through the system, taking card payments through the system, tracking productivity, texting patients and sending documents securely, and so much more, all online so you can access it anywhere, anytime. I am 9 months into it with Clinic Doctor. I have been practicing for 20 years and tried various software and billing companies. For the first time, we had 100% collection! While that won't happen all the time because I accept insurance, it was a great day to find that out it can happen. We have been in the high 90's on average the last several weeks for collections. It is true, everything is getting organized and cleaned up. It is very easy (once you learn, which is easy to) to watch your claims and know what to do about them so you get paid. Being able to do this has brought out a lot of issues that have been happening for the last 20 years! We are fixing all these long standing mistakes that have cost me dearly. But, I can watch everything and then act on it now! Plus, do my notes in a compliant manner via my phone, tablet, or PC. You will have to work at fixing all the problems, but CDr is just the company to do it with and it will pay off! I highly recommend to all Chiropractic Doctors starting out or like I was, you absolutely need to know how your claims are being handled and processed! No one else wants to know more than you, so then why don't you? Because, we do the Chiropractic Care, not claim work. Our schooling did not include claim work! I always let other people handle it and now think of all the money lost! Their collection ratio was 85% and I thought that was good! CDr will help you with this and it becomes easier and less frightening to do! And, in the end, 95 to 100% collection ratio! Eventually, I will just be monitoring, but I will never not know where my aging sits!
