“I am responding to the Google review posted 2 weeks ago by a previous customer and will state the facts of what occurred and how it was handled. The incident that Deanna Reed reports took place in June 2018, 2 years and 4 months ago. On June 24th, 2018, the customer called the storage office to report that her unit had been broken into. The manager met the customer at the storage unit an hour after her call. Customer reported that the lock on the unit was locked when she arrived, additionally, there was no damage to the lock, unit door or any other storage units. The customer reported that a number of things were gone from the unit. She stated it had been at least 2 months since she had been to the unit, but was not sure when she had been there last. Stillwater Advance Self Storage does have surveillance cameras which cover the unit rented by this customer. Our system consultant reviewed the video available and found no suspicious activity, which was reported to the customer and sheriff’s deputy handling the report. The manager and owner of Stillwater Advance Self Storage strive to provide good customer service to our renters. “We had the best time at Cabin Inn the Woods. Everything was perfect, homey, clean and inviting. The kitchen and baths well stocked with everything but the food. The beds and pillows all clean can comfortable. Even the hide a bed was very comfortable. The porch! The porch! Loved that porch! We hung out there for hours watching the rain coming down, so perfect. Seven childhood friends, now 61 thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly! “I've been a member for several years but this was one of my first experiences at the Stillwater location. Yesterday, I had a 90 min massage scheduled with Trudy. And naturally, I was over 15 min late and slightly annoyed with myself. Trudy welcomed me with a smile and then informed me that I was her last client for the day and could make up the time by going a little over. WHAT - Cray. This was so nice and above and beyond my expectations. And it was the best massage I have ever had. She does amazing bodywork that was holistic in incorporated mindfulness. Highly recommended for body trauma work.”
