A very welcoming environment! The staff member at the front desk greeted me by name and answered any question I had about the club in a very efficient way. Eva made my experience phenomenal, she’s very knowledgeable and personable!!! A overall great experience.

I absolutely love this club. The trainers really make it feel like home. They are there early and stay late- to hang out, to answer questions, you name it! I also love that the bathrooms have tampons, extra hair binders, spray deodorant and more. This simple, but very thoughtful effort really makes all the difference. There is a real sense of community here. Best in the Twin Cities!

I first found out about title through an old co-worker of mine. She was taking some classes and said It was a very extreme workout and she loved it!

I went in and signed up for the free trial they had offered and instantly joined right after it was done.

You pay around 5 dollars for a set of hand wraps. They show you step by step on proper wrapping technique and basic boxing moves. Then, you can choose to use the gloves that they provide or buy your own pair.

A membership here is very pricey but they have multiple ones to choose from. If you go every other day it's totally worth it and you WILL see results!

I am especially sad now that I moved to White Bear Lake and had to cancel my membership. I am still trying to pursue other cheaper boxing gyms closer to my area but so far no such luck ☹️
