Cannot recommend working with Hannah at Awake Pelvic Health and Wellness enough! Hannah is an incredible therapist and was so helpful in my preparation for labor and delivery. She calmed my fears while giving me tangible exercises, stretches, and techniques to use before and during birth. I've told all my pregnant friends about her services and plan to use her postpartum as well.

In addition to being very skilled in her field, Hannah really has a heart for what she does and is there to listen to you and talk through your concerns. Nothing is awkward, taboo, or TMI - this is the partnership that women need in their pelvic health journey. She's also a great resource for additional providers and resources in the TC area - like I said, can't recommend her enough!

I would 10/10 recommend seeing Hannah postpartum! I saw her 6 weeks after I had an emergency c-section and I am so happy that I did. She helped me transition back into exercise and with massage of my c-section scar. The c-section scar massage has vital to my recovery and I am so thankful that I saw her as early postpartum as I did. I have been able to gain confidence with my core and lift weights again!
