(October 15, 2022, 1:10 pm)Made a reservation at Abra, right next door to get my car fixed from hail damage - wouldn't you know it, Enterprise was right next door! Super convenient! Heaven Hunt helped me get into a small SUV (2021 Kona) and answered all my questions. Kona was great, no issues! Unlimited miles, and they worked well with my car insurance company. I never knew there was a car rental place in Woodbury, and I highly recommend it. I'd use it again in a heartbeat! Everything was phenomenal!

(October 10, 2022, 11:08 am)I recently rented a vehicle while mine was being repaired. They were extremely flexible with the rental dates as I didn’t know how long it would be there. I ended up needing the car for a week because mine had bad hail damage. The vehicle they provided was in good condition. I had to pay a $300 deposit, but once I returned the vehicle I got a refund on the remaining balance quickly. They worked with my insurance and were knowledgeable about the coverage so they were able to give me the exact amount I would pay daily. They drove me to and from the shop. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

I felt like their kindness & personalities made them naturals in their career choice & everyone that they encounter as a customers benefits. My cousin was a rental car branch supervisor near Melbourne FL after college prior to becoming a teacher & coach so I know what a great Representative consists of & they both had it. Thank You for your impeccable service it was appreciated as our 21Yr old Autistic son was in the process of having his Dog(Mikko) euthanized at that time and due to your kindness was able to take his mind off of it even for 10minutes.
