We have used them a couple times to make birthday shirts for our boys. Each time has been extremely easy and pain free. They take an image I provide and confirm how it looks before printing it on the shirt. Each time is has turned out fantastic, the prices are great and the customer service is even better. This was my first time using Big Frog in Woodbury and I am so happy that I did! From the initial email from an employee, Mary, to the pick up of our product, I was thoroughly impressed! They were patient, kind, informative, and knowledgeable about what would look best for what I was wanting! I picked a Champion Hoodie and the screen print on each of them is amazing! But what truly made this experience amazing, was the employees! I walked in to pick them up and was greeted immediately! Mary was there as well and introduced herself and ensured me to reach out with any issues! We will be using Big Frog in the future for our business!

Grace, the employee that helped me, carefully listened to my ideas for the five t-shirts I wanted to order. She showed me the choices in fabric, color, and cost. After selecting these, she then displayed print size, style, and color I could choose for my design. In a very short time, I was able to pick up my order, and was delighted that they looked even better than I had imagined.
