This gym is very organized, clean and the coaches are very nice and knowledgeable. This gym has a very great vibe. Every time I go, it gives me a great workout and I feel like I get better and better with my boxing skills. If your looking for an outlet or to just get in shape and have fun while doing it, this is the place to be. This is not a gym, this is a family! I always leave smiling, feeling refreshed, improving my mind and my boxing skills, while making new friends. Couldn’t ask for more in a gym or from the coaches. 3p boxing is the place to be!

I was looking for a boxing gym that was affordable and have great teachers. I was recommended by a friend to give it a try. 3P boxing does offer 7 days free trial before you make a commitment. I tried it the first time and I loved it! I signed up right away for the 3x a week boxing class, which is very affordable compared to other boxing gyms. There are also other programs available! Coach Mike is very knowledgeable and is very fun to work with! He is no amateur, he knows what he’s doing. I also like Gus, who is also another great trainer and a boxer. You will learn different combos and defense mechanisms. I feel stronger and I feel like I’m really getting a work out. I am also learning a lot about how to defend myself! I highly recommend giving 3P boxing a try! You will not be disappointed!

Coach Mike is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and talented. He will help you learn the proper technique, form, and mechanics of boxing and the exercises. The gym is extremely clean and organized. The layout and design of the boxing equipment, weights, ring, and cardio equipment is neatly and methodically organized.

Coach Mike pushes you to the next level with each session, but also makes learning the sport fun. You will feel amazing and accomplished after each session.

i prefer this boxing gym over others because you feel much more welcomed here. coach mike and other staff make sure you’re having fun and learning the right techniques to defend yourself. the place isn’t intimidating at all, its super friendly! if you’re hesitant about getting into boxing, there is a 7 day free pass to try it out! its a great workout. My name is Sara, I've been coming to this gym for a little over 2 months now and I love it!!! Coach Mike is incredible along with the other coaches and trainers! Everyone I've met is super nice and willing to help you out if you need it. I was extremely nervous to start but I'm so happy I did!! Everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable since day 1. I decided to join to help with my anxiety attacks and my anger and boxing has helped tremendously with that! This is a great place to get a fun but intense workout in while learning the proper techniques of boxing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to learn the proper way to box, to help with your mental health, build your confidence or learn self defense.
