Dr. Holmes diagnosed my tendon pain that had been ongoing for few months and sent me home with a prescription and set of strengthening exercises. He took time to answer all my questions and explain why the treatment should help. Within one week my arm is feeling much better and am confident it will be well healed for a great summer of activity.
