I've been here several times and the staff have been friendly and helpful. The place is nice and clean with several waiting areas. It's not been terribly busy the times I was there.
The doctors have been professional and friendly. I've not had to wait long before seeing a doctor.
I believe if you're a friendly person, you will get friendly assistance.
I give them a thumbs up and recommend them to family and friends.
The staff informed me of the wait times, which I already knew prior to coming in because the times were listed on the website. My son was sick to the point where he wanted to lay down, and it was convenient that they allowed the option to wait in your vehicle, and they'd send a text when they are ready. The staff was inviting, polite and attentive, even though I'm sure they had a busy day and we were the last few patients. Keep up the good work! Hopefully, we don't need to come again, but if we have to we will go here. I am sure the wait times were a lot less than waiting at an emergency room!
Honestly, I get tired of seeing so many bad reviews about The Urgency Room. My family has always had positive experiences here and in Eagan. After being quoted a 4 hour wait elsewhere, I chose to drive across town and go here to pay out-of-network.
I’m glad they offer mobile registration and text message notifications so you can wait in your car during busy times. I certainly don’t want to be surrounded by 20+ people coughing their lungs up.
Triage was quick, the nurse promptly swabbed for various viruses, the Doctor showed up to ask more questions and offer a quick eval while awaiting test results. Once they knew what was going on, they administered meds on the spot. Even giving a few options.
Anywhere else you go, you are sent away with a script to wait again for meds. Unlike many other ‘urgent care’ facilities, they seem to scale their care better when times get very busy.
Positive experience end-to-end, despite there being so many people sick right now. Be kind to our healthcare workers. Times are excruciatingly busy and challenging for them 24/7.
My 3 year old stuck a raisin up his nose 🥲
As a first time mom, i was quick to begin panicking! The wait after checking in honesty wasn't too bad, especially for an urgent care. The two physicians that assisted in instructing me to plug the nostril that was raisin free, whilst blowing into my sons mouth, in an effort to bring it closer to the nasal opening, who then grasped said raisin and pulled it out- those two physicians were AMAZING. So calm, and they tried so hard to keep my kiddo calm, i appreciate their expertise and assistance. Thank you, thank you!!!!
I really don't understand some of the bad reviews on here. I've only had to come here a few times, but each time everyone is very nice. I recently came in and was able to get in after 20-30 minutes with an expected wait time of at least an hour. The online registration was one of the most simple and easy processes. Then, I just waited in my car until I received a text to come in. I really appreciated this process because it's super awkward and frustrating sometimes when you are really sick to be around other people. Any urgency room or urgent care is not an immediate fix for all your problems. It is a convenient starting point for your issue. If you don't have the patience or understanding for that, schedule a normal appointment with a clinic. Overall, nothing but good experiences from this clinic. Thank you for your care!
