Looking to purchase a 4ft blacklight bulb and fixture I came across BuyLightFixtures.com online.
The owner John spent a considerable amount of time educating me on the different options available.
After the sale I experienced a minor issue and called John. He "insisted he issue a full refund" and returned all my money back onto my credit card while we spoke.
He then gave me several recommendations using competitors website's.
After the sale/refund John did a follow up call to me.
At that time I explained to John how I wired the florescent light fixture to a dimmer switch.
John had me immediately unplug the light fixture explaining that a florescent ballast can actually catch fire if wired to a dimmer switch.
So John not only spent a lot of time and several phone calls with me educating me on the facts but he also offered me a full refund and put my money back on my card as we spoke. His follow up with me may have even saved us from having a house fire.
