Washington County License & Service Center - Woodbury

Moved to Minnesota recently from the east coast and I was dreading going to the DMV, but this place was way better than I expected. The DMVs I've visited in New York and Pennsylvania have some catching up to do! Comfortable seating, comfortable environment overall. I came in without an appointment and was helped within five minutes. The staff member I worked with was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Pre-application for my license online was helpful.

Mary in tabs was amazing. She is patient, and de-escalated me when my frustrations were high. Just with her relaxed personality/energy. A+ Mary😎

Pleasantly surprised by my visit to get a new drivers license and passport due to a name change. There was no wait time, I was helped immediately, and the two employees I worked with were very nice and helpful. I found out I have to do my passport by mail but was able to get a photo and the gentlemen who helped me told me exactly what I need to do. Worth the longer drive yo this location!
