“Went there cuz I needed an inspection before my warranty ran out. I called first and got an appointment very next day. Chris was on top of it the moment I walked in got me checked in send my car off with the one of the service guys he came back 35 minutes later with this report Chris proceeded to call the warranty company discuss with them whether or not the ball joints would be covered. They were of course but even managed to get the wheel alignment covered. I ask for and was given a loaner which was hassle free not only the process of getting it but the car itself. They had my vehicle done by that evening by 4:00 p.m. and I am not had a problem with it since. it was a nice surprise in the morning to get a message from them reminding me that I had an appointment in an hour. Wasn't expecting that but there it was a nice surprise. Now but I've had worked on there I'm not surprised that they do that courtesy call. I can't think of another repair shop and I've been in that has felt more welcoming. I checked the box earlier professional instead of good quality and good service because being professional in that business encompasses good quality and good service and that's what these guys have professional all the way. I highly recommend them.”

I've been doing business with them for about 7 years now, and feel that I can always depend on them when I need to order specific things for my tractor. In fact, I'm normally in a hurry, so I'll call and place my orders over the phone or online depending on how much time I have and prepay ahead, and they always have my items/ orders ready to go for me when I get there. A young Asian man (had a tattoo on his arm) couldn’t have been nicer. He cashed my check, asked what denomination bills I’d prefer, counted the money out to me and thanked me. I’m not even one of their customers I was not charged a fee for this service, despite not having an account with TCF. I’m thinking about changing banks. Excellent display of what customer service should be.”

“Brought my car in for damage to the bumper cover, passenger mirror and a good size dent in the door. Joe was very easy to work with and got my estimate done quickly and sent off to insurance. They did an amazing job and it looked as good as the day I bought it. They also took care of two bad rear hubs/bearings while they had it. Was nice to be able to cover both mechanical and bodywork in one stop. The dent was across a very defined body line and they removed it without any trace of the damage. Trim all looks like it was put on at the factory. Couldn’t be happier with the work they did and will definitely be returning for future work. Thanks again!”
