“I am 72 years old. My dentist asked me if I had ever considered orthodontics. I was not really happy with how my teeth looked but I felt I was too old and I was not sure I wanted the inconvenience and I am not fond of pain. But I began to notice the teeth of people my age and how crooked teeth really did age a person. So I discussed it with Dr. Horton. She explained to me that our teeth are not stationary and as we age our teeth move from years of use. I made the decision to go ahead after Dr. Horton explained the process to me. What most impressed me was that she really listened to me and to what I wanted done. Dr Horton is a perfectionist when it comes to straightening teeth but she did not give me the perfect plan that she would given me if I had been 20 years old. Rather, she gave me the perfect plan for me now. The whole process was so much easier than I expected and very little pain! I am thrilled with the results and how much younger my straightened teeth make me feel.”

After going to several other pediatric dentists for our youngest daughter's difficult case, Dr. Rick was willing to consider other alternatives with us and was in the end successful with his approach. Without saying anything about the level of care of the other dentists, none were willing to consider alternative approaches or take into consideration our concern as parents with the treatment plan. Dr. Rick and his team care greatly with the outcomes and most importantly with the high level of care given to each of our children. As soon as you enter the lobby every person is focused on what they can do to help make you feel comfortable and to provide you with the best of dental care.
