“Forest Lake Fire & Rescue came out to assist at a fire at our farm on May 5, 2018. They partnered with the Scandia Fire & Rescue, Marine on St. Croix Fire & Rescue, and the DNR. The firefighters all worked extremely hard on a very hot afternoon (in the 80s) and with a moderate wind which made putting out the fire challenging. Everyone was so polite and respectful; and were thorough with their work so secondary fires would not happen - especially with the buildings that were burned (completely or partially). The other time I saw Forest Lake Fire & Rescue was at a Fall Festival in Columbus. Several men from Forest Lake Fire & Rescue demonstrated the use of equipment needed in an extrication. It was a fascinating demonstration, and they were eager to answer questions that my family and I had about the rescue process.”

She has helped my 10mo infant with on ongoing bad upper respiratory cough that ended up being RSV and another infection. It cleared in 2 protocols and we never had to take antibiotics. She also helped find and clear Lyme and Co-infections for my 5 & 3 yr old, 2 weeks after we found attached ticks on them in the same week. No other practitioner that I know of can find that out that early. We were able to take care of it early so there are no chronic long lasting effects from those bites! “I went to this branch at around 10:00am on a Saturday. I don’t have a TCF account but the personal check I cashed was written off of a TCF account. A young Asian man (had a tattoo on his arm) couldn’t have been nicer. He cashed my check, asked what denomination bills I’d prefer, counted the money out to me and thanked me. I’m not even one of their customers I was not charged a fee for this service, despite not having an account with TCF. I’m thinking about changing banks. Excellent display of what customer service should be.”
