She is a women's world karate champion, a great coach & very detailed in her craft. The past 6 years have been awesome, highly recommended for your kids! She is very personable as well as easy to talk to!

(October 3, 2017, 9:36 pm)Great place to grow and learn. My son has enjoyed it for over a year and the instructors are great with kids. I am also enjoying taking classes there. A great place to learn defense skill, discipline, working with others all while getting a workout.
