(August 29, 2021, 5:29 pm)I've been a pretty faithful customer to this store since it has opened in Albertville, and have been so impressed with how friendly the young girls are and so helpful. But today I was really disappointed with a lead who went by the name Lex. She was so rude to the girls, and I watched them get so nervous when they had to call her for anything that they needed. Her attitude towards them and to the costumers was less than acceptable. While I understand places are struggling right now to find workers, I'm saddened that someone who acts like this is promoted as a leader to young girls.
