Mr. Abel personally responded to my inquiry phone call promptly and came to our home within a week and a half. He was very professional and checked out our plumbing problem. I was not expecting the repair to be done at that time, but he brought in his repair bucket and equipment and promptly proceeded to replace the shower drain. Within an hour and half time frame he had fixed the problem. I will definitely keep his card in my rolodex for the "next time."
