(July 5, 2020, 1:38 pm)Really appreciate a 24/7 local place that also offers virtual coaching and training for the times we are out of town. The virtual classes are great, and have a lot of variety. We are planning to have CoachK help with pantry clean-up and set up some workouts we can do remotely.

If you want something local, convenient, and has the equipment to get a great workout in, I would highly recommend My Bodyshop! Fantastic ownership, accommodating and willing to go the extra step to make sure they make their members happy.
