When it was time to switch gears and sell our home she suggested a very nice gal for a consult on staging our place, two A+ local small businesses for cleaning our carpets and a good deep clean, and sold our home faster than we thought possible. Her knowledge of the sales market and intuition into how to creating a bidding frenzy to sell quick were unmatched. These ladies are so kind and caring and were a joy to work with. Last year, Tonia and her team were amazing to work with. I have only bought a handful of homes, but I now feel spoiled after working with Realty Lab!
