(June 20, 2023, 7:06 pm)I had been insanely terrified of the dentist due to some very bad experiences but the staff at this establishment are absolutely amazing and make you feel comfortable, just like going to visit old friends. I had a very,very bad tooth but with his demeanor and gentleness I was able to get my tooth out while fully awake and my fear of going to the dentist is gone- as long as I go to Otsgeo Dental. I've been telling all my friends but feel thus review will reach far more people.

(April 25, 2023, 11:07 am)Absolutely the BEST dental experience of my life. I have been afraid to go to the dentist for many years from past experiences to then the embarrassment of not going for so many years and fear of judgement. I have never once felt judged or pressured into anything. I felt warmth, care and compassion my dental anxiety was take so seriously by both Dr. Giddings and her entire team. I felt complete in control of what was happening. I will never go anywhere else and strongly recommend seeing this amazing team!
(November 3, 2021, 11:13 pm)A bad situation handled with care and compassion. Frequently with a good sense of humor and lots of information so that questions are answered and no unexpected surprises. By their actions and attention to detail, I knew that my attending dentist and her assistant cared about and prioritized my comfort. Want as good a time in a dental chair as possible, take your denial concerns to Otsego dental. Tell them Mike sent you.
(February 6, 2021, 3:32 pm)I had the Hybridge dental implants procedure done with Dr. Sheils. I was recommend by a friend after visiting so many other dentist for this kind of procedure. I am very happy with my results. I had the work done last month and it has been life changing. Dr.Sheils and his staff has been amazing, considerate and caring. I had experience no pain and I can eat again! I highly recommend Dr.Sheils if you are looking to get Hybridge dental procedure.
