Sabrina gave us a wonderful tour of the apartment complex. She was very helpful and friendly. I definitely wanted to learn more about the apartment after the tour!
I went on a tour, and I have never felt more welcomed! Sabrina Gartner was so helpful and enthusiastic. She answered all my questions, and genuinely seemed to care about me. Unfortunately I am no longer planning on moving to Monticello due to work. With that being said I will definitely be recommending this apartment to others who are thinking about moving to Monticello.
Thank-you all for the experience!
Was greeted by two very pleasant and helpful young ladies! I was even more impressed by Melissa as she gave me a tour of both Monticello Crossings AND the Village with an enjoyable conversation, laughter and very helpful/ non-rushed experience!! She even followed up very quickly asking if I had any further questions and if she couldn’t answer them right away she got the answers in a day and responded with a follow up email! VERY MUCH IMPRESSED!! Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for an Apartment!
I had some trouble with my card and making my move- in payment and I was not clear on the amount. The young lady had somewhat of an attitude- I cannot recall her name. Melissa; however, was very helpful and polite. The property seems nice and clean- just wish I didn't have to walk so far to my apartment.
The maintenance people who have helped me have been wonderful!! John and Myles are great! There just seems to be a lot of little things wrong as I settle in. I think a person needs more than a week to fill out the sheet. I barely had time to move my things in let alone find out what’s actually wrong in places.
