Austin is a wealth of information, patient, thorough and very easy to communicate with. The time we spent together was always productive and my questions were always answered. I was new to Medicare and with Austin on my side I feel like the transition was smooth and I was not as overwhelmed as I would have been navigating all the Medicare options and decisions myself.

Austin is amazing!
I was trying to help my mom through the Medicare process (which is overwhelming and confusing!) when I came across Austin via some google searching. Not only did he take the time to meet and sit down with me and my mom and explain the many different aspects of Medicare, but he didn't pressure us to make a decision with any particular policy. He provided all of the information and has always been available for any questions or concerns that arise. We are comfortable and confident with the plan she has choose to go with and that is because of Austin.

We also decided to have Austin take a look @ our car and home insurance policy's which he was able to get us a better policy as well as a good amount of savings doing so.

2 days after switching our insurance with Austin one of our vehicles was hit while parked outside of our house and totaled. Austin helped us through the whole process, even contacting the insurance company when we had a minor issue. He continued to follow up with us throughout the claim (as well as after) to make sure everything was going smoothly.

I'm so happy we found Austin and highly recommend anyone even thinking about switching policies give him a call.
